Liability for contents
As a service provider, in accordance with § 7 Abs. 1 TMG, we are, according to general stipulations, held responsible for our own contents. However, in accordance with §§ 8 to 10 TMG, as a service provider we are not obliged to monitor conveyed or stored information originating from other parties or obliged to search through such information for circumstances which may indicate unlawful activities. However, the obligation to remove or bar the use of such information in accordance with general stipulations remains unaffected. Liability in such a case is, however, only possible as from the moment of becoming aware of a specific legal violation. In the case of such legal violations becoming known to us, we will remove such content without delay.
Liability or links
Our service provides links to external websites belonging to third parties, of which we have no influence at all. For this reason we are not able to accept liability for the contents of these external sites. Each respective provider or operator of such sites is responsible for the contents of the linked website. At the time of the linking of such sites the contents were checked for possible legal violations; legal violations were not apparent at the time of linking. A permanent control of the contents of linked sites is, however, not reasonable without having specific indication of a possible legal violation. On becoming aware of legal violations we will remove such links without delay.

Insofar personal details are obtained on our site (e.g. name, address or email address), this will, as far as possible, always be on a voluntary basis. Without your specific approval this data will not be passed on to third parties. We would like to point out that there may be security gaps when transferring data by means of the internet (e.g. communication per email). 100% protection of data against access through third parties is not possible.
